-Most homes are booked 6 to 9 months in advance. Late requests for bookings are usually assigned to a waiting list.

-Bedrooms are based on DOUBLE occupancy, so groups LARGER than 8 people must rent a SECOND home, as the largest rentals have 4 bedrooms. A 10% discount will apply to second rentals.

- Homes are assigned based on availability and groupīs size or number of rooms requested.
